Dr. Peter Chang is a board-certified specialist in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. He completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons, where he remained as an Assistant Professor before joining Beth Israel Medical Center. He later served as the Director of the Beth Israel Center for Infertility & Reproductive Health and is currently an Assistant Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Dr. Chang is highly trained in minimally invasive endoscopic surgery and has extensive clinical expertise in infertility, premature ovarian failure, menopause, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). He has authored book chapters and more than forty scientific articles and abstracts in the fields of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology.

Over the past 12 years, Dr. Chang has been dedicated to serving the Chinese community and the Lower East Side of New York. As part of the first full infertility center in New York created by a Chinese medical team, he has helped make fertility care more accessible by ensuring patients receive support from staff fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Dr. Chang is fluent in Chinese, Portuguese, and Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
